Returns & Refunds

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Every purchase happens on eBay, so the return terms, refund timing, and buyer protection shown on the eBay listing you bought — together with the eBay Money Back Guarantee — govern your return. This page explains how to work with us alongside that.

1. What controls your return

The return window, who pays return shipping, and the conditions for a full refund are set on each individual eBay listing at the time you purchase it, and by eBay's own return and Money Back Guarantee policies. We don't apply a single fixed return window or fee schedule across every item — check the listing you bought, or ask us and we'll confirm it for that order.

2. Condition of returned items

To receive a full refund, returned items generally need to arrive in the same condition in which they were shipped — unworn or unused, with any tags, boxes, or documentation that were included, and without new damage or alteration. Items that arrive with new damage, missing components, or evidence of wear may be refused, or refunded at a reduced amount, consistent with eBay's return rules for that listing.

3. How to open a return

  1. Sign in to eBay and open your Purchase History.
  2. Locate the order and choose Return this item.
  3. Select a reason and add photos where relevant (helpful for damage or "not as described" cases).
  4. We aim to respond as soon as we can with return instructions.

If you cannot open a return through eBay for any reason, message us or use our contact form and we'll help.

4. Who pays return shipping

Whether the buyer or we pay return shipping depends on the reason for the return and the terms shown on that listing. As a general rule under eBay policy, a change-of-mind return is usually paid by the buyer, while a not-as-described, damaged, wrong-item, or missing-parts return is usually paid by us — but always check the specific listing and your eBay return request, since terms can vary.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received the returned item and confirmed its condition, following eBay's refund process and timing for that order. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund on their end. eBay-collected duties, taxes, and international brokerage fees are refunded by eBay according to their own program rules.

6. Exchanges

Because most pieces we sell are one-of-a-kind, we generally cannot offer a like-for-like exchange. If you'd like a different item, the usual path is to return the original under its listing's terms and place a new order for the piece you want.

7. Items that may not be eligible for return

Some categories — for example pierced earrings and other body-jewelry items, listings clearly marked "Final Sale," or items altered after delivery — may be excluded from returns for reasons of hygiene or as stated on the listing. Any such exclusion is disclosed on the individual listing. These exclusions do not override your rights if the item is not as described; the eBay Money Back Guarantee still applies in that case.

8. Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please report it to us promptly — ideally within a few days of delivery — with photos of the item and packaging, so we can help document the issue and, where relevant, assist with a carrier claim. This is a request to help you get a faster resolution, not a deadline: reporting later, or not reporting to us at all, does not shorten your eBay return window or reduce your buyer protection under the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Depending on the situation we may arrange a return and refund, a partial refund, or a replacement where one is available.

9. Return address

Please do not ship returns to any address printed on the outer parcel or found online. Always use the return address issued by eBay or supplied by us in the return message. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

10. International returns

Orders shipped through eBay International Shipping or the Global Shipping Program follow those programs' own return rules and refund timing. For other international orders, check the listing and your eBay return request for who is responsible for return shipping and any duties or brokerage on the return leg. We recommend a tracked and insured return service.

11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us or open an eBay case before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks bypass the eBay Money Back Guarantee and can extend resolution time. We are almost always able to resolve issues faster through eBay's own process.

12. Buyer's checklist before opening a return

  • Compare the listing photos and description to the item in front of you.
  • Check inside all packaging, tissue, and boxes — small pieces are sometimes tucked in for protection.
  • Photograph any damage or discrepancy promptly, ideally with the packaging.
  • Contact us with the order number and photos; most concerns are resolved with a message.

13. Questions

If any part of a listing's return terms is unclear, or you'd like help before purchasing, please reach out — we'd rather answer questions up front than process an avoidable return.
