Cookie Notice
Last updated: 2026
This page is maintained by Legacy Estate Collective and describes the cookies and browser storage used on this website. It does not cover eBay, which sets its own cookies once you leave for a listing.
1. Our approach
We use the smallest set of cookies and browser storage needed for the site to work. We do not run advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, remarketing pixels, or behavioral profiling.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
- Authentication session — set only when an administrator signs in to manage the site. Keeps the session active and expires on sign-out.
- Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — a short-lived token issued when you complete a form challenge, used once to verify the submission is human.
3. Browser local storage
These stay on your device and are never transmitted to our servers:
- Wishlist — the items you save with the heart icon.
- Recently viewed — the last listings you opened, so we can show them again.
- Listing display preferences — cached feed heights and layout state so the shop grid renders without flicker.
Clearing your browser storage removes all of the above. Nothing is lost on our side because we never held it.
4. Third-party cookies
- AuctionNudge — our listing feed is proxied through our own domain, so it does not set third-party advertising cookies on this site.
- eBay — once you click through to a listing or our storefront, eBay's own cookie policy applies.
5. Analytics
We do not run a third-party analytics or advertising tag on this site. Aggregate request counts are recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability only, and are not linked to a marketing profile.
6. Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies and site data from its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent admin sign-in and may cause form submissions to fail verification, but browsing and shopping links will still work.
7. Changes
If we ever add an analytics or marketing cookie, we will update this notice and request consent before it is set.
8. Questions
